Ikon Lettings covers both Swansea and Bridgends private rental market housing both Social and Private tenants. We cater for those on low income/benefits and those in employment. We deal with property in all areas and aim to keep rent at a reasonable rate, affordable to all.

Ikon Lettings is a new concept in property management - with an affiliation to The Wallich, (a homelessness prevention organisation in Wales). We aim to give landlords, and tenants, the benefits of our years of experience in the social sector. We manage properties in a socially aware manner and we are a service dedicated to supporting those at risk of homelessness.
